I need a dress

I am petite a size 8 to be precise I do not own a dress because I cannot dress my body. I badly need a dress now that am growing older and my wardrobe needs to grow accordingly. I am quiet choosy when it comes to clothes, why can I find a dressmaker who can make me a lovely dress that will impress both my taste and body?
